
For a short period, we were unable to ship seeds to the USA while we worked through changes to US import tariffs and customs requirements. Seeds are handled slightly differently to accessories, so we needed to make sure everything was done correctly and compliantly before reopening US orders.
We’re happy to say that we can now ship seeds to customers in the United States again. While the process works a little differently on the seed site, it allows us to fulfil US orders safely and reliably.
How The US Seed Tariffs Work
Because seed tariffs are based on factors such as the country of manufacture and product type, they need to be calculated manually. For this reason, tariff costs can’t be displayed automatically at checkout. Instead, once your order is placed, our team quickly calculates the correct tariff and sends you a secure payment link by email.
This extra step means we can still get your order moving without delays or surprise fees. Payment links are sent promptly, and once payment is completed, your order is packed and shipped as normal.
